Quotes: send your date, headcount, products and logo through our Contact page or to concierge@theimadia.com. Quotes are valid for 14 days and your date is held once the deposit is paid.
Lead time: we recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead for corporate orders and grazing tables, and 3 weeks for large cookie or branded keepsake orders. Rush orders may be possible for an added fee.
Payment: 50% deposit to book, balance due 7 days before delivery. Businesses can pay by card or invoice.
Headcount changes: you may increase your order up to 7 days before delivery, subject to availability. Decreases after the balance is due are not refunded.
Logos and artwork
- Please send logos as SVG, PDF, or a PNG at least 1000 pixels wide with a transparent background.
- Logo items are produced exactly from the artwork you send; we do not send proofs. Please check spelling, colors and file quality before ordering.
- By sending a logo, name or design, you confirm you have the right to use it.
- We may decline designs that are offensive or infringe on someone else's trademark or copyright.
Color and handmade variation: printed colors may look slightly different from your screen, and handmade items vary slightly from piece to piece. These are not considered defects.
Defects: if a personalized item arrives damaged or with an error we made (spelling, wrong logo), contact us within 3 days with photos and we will remake or refund it. Errors in text or artwork you provided are not covered.
Photos: we may share photos of our work on social media. Corporate clients can opt out at any time.
